The WineMakers

At Louis Latour, winemaking is a generational craft, where a dedicated team merges traditional Burgundy techniques with modern methods to create wines that embody their terroir, all while honoring nature and maintaining quality.

Cooperage

Maison Louis Latour is the last remaining winery in Burgundy with an in-house cooperage; where tradition meets craftsmanship to create the perfect aging vessel for our wines.

Our Wines

Our ambition is to produce wines true to each appellation, farming sustainably and with minimal manipulation.

Our red wines are elegant, achieving balance between fruit and tannins while highlighting the delicate aromas of Pinot Noir.
Our white wines are rich and structured, revealing their terroir through Chardonnay’s power and maintaining freshness with acidity. Balance drives our white wine production.

Our Domaine wines are farmed organically.
